Roller-Burnish machine
The Stadler Keppler Roller-Burnish machine is a special purpose machine for integration in an automated production cycle of a con rod production line.
The machine is used for chipless fine machining of the small connecting rod eye of selected connecting rod types (roller-burnished). Ball-tipped roller burnishing tools are used for this operation.
The machine concept is designed that 2 workpieces are always processed simultaneously.
